Prior to founding Rudolph Capital in 2019, Mr. Rudolph spent 20 years as a partner at Bradford Equities Management. Over his career he has completed many acquisitions of family held businesses.  Importantly, the first step is always working with families to understand what has made their companies successful to ensure a smooth transition and continued success.  While guidance at the board level is constant, a hands-on team oriented approach is a primary component in every investment.  The current portfolio and a representative sample of prior investments is below.
